- Utilize your toolkit experience to support project initiatives in the development phase.
- Building solutions that utilise data pipelines to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
- Strong technical ability to manage, manipulate and automate production of complex data sets in a true big data environment
- Work with our existing set of data to understand current trends and then surface associated risks and compliance related markers to the decision-makers in the business.
- Create effective visualisations that drive action, find opportunities, and make recommendations to improve how our squads drive towards outcomes.
- Supporting business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams and business analysts with design, development, and solution management.
- Have an agile mentality – appreciating the benefit of constant iteration and improvement
- Hands-on experience in cloud-based platforms, ETL Data Pipelining, CICD and DevOps.
- Experience working with Azure resources, such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory and Azure Machine Learning.
- Experience applying advanced analytics knowledge to the real world
- Experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, analytical tools.
- Experience in one or more visualisation tools (Tableau preferred) essential
- Strong communication skills to tell data stories to a non-technical audience
